About the Marketing Manager Intern position

We are looking for talented marketing managers interested in creating something big! To succeed in this role, you will need to have a good understanding of the casual mobile game market. You own the user acquisition efforts for new games every month.

You will help with user acquisition by creating performing ads on mobile format and analyze the creative performances on acquisition channels such as Facebook, Google Adwords, Snapchat, etc.

Your campaigns and ad contents will be seen by hundreds of millions of players worldwide!

To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience with Photoshop and video editing software.

You will be growing fun and highly scalable mobile games, played by tens of millions of people. You will be part of a small and high performing team, and will have the opportunity to develop your skills while delivering great mobile games.

Marketing Manager Intern Requirements are:

  • Develop strategies and tactics to spread the word about our games and drive high quality traffic to our games.

  • Own the implementation of marketing campaigns from start to finish

  • Have experience with video software and post-production (video editing, sound editing, animation and visual effects insertions, etc.) in After Effects or Final Cut Pro.

  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels – content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, performance analysis, and much more

  • Partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors to form strategic relationships. (e.g. Google, Facebook, Snapchat).

  • Take charge of marketing budget, ensuring that funds are invested and allocated wisely.

  • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns

  • Gain insight from reported performance, and assess this against company goals.

  • Creative and have a hacker mindset.

  • Demonstrable experience in marketing, coupled with the desire and potential to learn

  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels engaging, educating, and motivating marketing campaigns.

  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills.

  • Numerically literate; can:

    • Understand and interpret metrics

    • Process figures

    • Interpret and process spreadsheets

    • Comfortably manipulate numbers

  • Good taste, a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
